Wake Conference

Next conference will be organized     June 15-17, 2021

The bi-annual Wake Conference has gathered researcher within the field of wake and farm flow since more than 10 years.
Unfortunately, we need to move to a fully digital setup this year due to COVID-19 and associated restrictions.

We were really looking forward to meet up with the wake community after a year of many digital meetings, however we will do our best to have a successful conference with many interesting presentations and discussions in the digital setup.

Important dates and information:
  • Abstract submission DEADLINE: November 22
  • Notification of abstract acceptance: December 1 
  • Submission 1 of full paper DEADLINE: February 28
  • Notification of paper review 1: March 28 (extended to April 9)
  • Submission 2 of full paper DEADLINE: April 25  (extended to April 30)
  • Notification of final paper acceptance: May 3 (extended to  May 7)
  • Early bird registration DEADLINE: April 9
Proceeding will be published in the Journal of Physics Conference Series.

The conference is organized in collaboration with European Academy of Wind Energy. 

The conference will include a session linked to the WakeBench project.

The conference will be held at Uppsala University Campus Gotland, which is located on the island of Gotland in the World Heritage city of Visby.
